26.-30.dets 2007 – sõit lõunasse, st Haajasse, külla Carlo õele Skylinedog kennelis. Seal oli tõeline talv – teise jõulupüha pildid on siin. Teisel päeval tegelesime koerte trimmimise ja pildistamisega ning mõnulesime niisama, samuti näitasid lapsed meile kolme erinevat tantsukava. Jalutuskäke jätkus teistekski päevadeks, asi kulmineerus kuldsete jõulupeoga Tartus. Tagasi kodus, jälle “igaveses märtsis” – koerad nohisevad oma koha peal väsinult magada ja näevad ilmselt und möödunud toredatest päevadest. / I went to the “south”, that is to South-Estonia, to visit my carlo’s sister Roosi. While in Tallinn the weather was springlike, there we met a real winter. The first day pictures are here. On the second day we trimmed the dogs and made photos, were just enjoying ourselves, and watched with interest the three different dance shows shown by children. Walks continued on other days, the trip culminated in the Golden Christams party in Tartu. Now back at home in Tallinn, in our wet spring. The dogs are fast asleep, dreaming of the good days.

24. nov. 2007 – Carlo käis silmakontrollis ja sai tulemuseks pärilike haigusteta/ Carlo had his eyes checked and they were “clear” of hereditary diseases!
27. okt. 2007 – käisin Dublinis 7. ja 8. rühma näitusel. Kuigi näitustel järgitakse FCI süsteemi klasside ülesehituselt , ei tehta individuaalseid kirjeldusi ja koerad pannakse kohtadele. Esimeste hulgast valitakse siis oma soo parimad, kes saavad “rohelise tähe”. Kaks parimat on TP ja ReservTP.
I attended Gundog Group 7 & 8 Championship Show in Dublin. Though the classes follow the FCI rules, there were no individual critiques done, and four best were placed. From the class winners the best of sex are chosen who receive a “green star”. The best two are Best of Breed and Reserve best of breed (not best of Opposite Sex).

11. ja 12. aug. 2007 – käisin Vejenis, Taanis rahvusvahelisel näitusel kuldseid ja dogisid vaatamas. Oli huvitav ja õpetlik, nagu alati./ I was in Vejen, Denmark, watching Goldens and danes. Instructive and interesting as usual.
